During his consulting career primarily in “Big Four firms” and then for IBM’s Global Consulting Business, Gerry has offered pragmatic leadership and counsel while taking on tough industry challenges.
In recent years, Gerry has served on the board of CCET (Center for Commercialization of Electric Technologies), GridWise Alliance Cyber-security, and the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Grid 3.0 Workshop. Gerry is a graduate of Northwestern University.
William Grayhack
PartnerBill has over 30 years of academic, consulting and business leadership, and is the former CIO for the US Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program Prime Contractors. Bill has worked as an energy industry consultant, implementing PMOs, meter data management systems, and work management systems, as well as leading numerous post-merger integrations. Bill has a BS (Mechanical Engineering) and MS / PhD (Applied Mathematics) from Northwestern University, as well as an MS (Manufacturing Systems Engineering) from the University of Pittsburgh, and continues to work as an adjunct professor of mathematics.
Don Mak
PartnerDon is a seasoned partner working with clients to develop and implement strategies to deliver effective business solutions to address energy and utility industry issues. These issues address grid modernization with the shift in focus to distributed energy resources. Don’s experience span customer engagement, operational efficiencies and information technology. In this capacity, His current focus is to work with clients on blockchain initiatives to deliver business value.
He led the implementation of the first secure, cloud-based, system to provide electricity consumption data to 7 million customers across 4 distribution utilities.
Don has shared perspectives from US smart grid solutions with international delegations from Africa, Asia, and South America through the US Trade and Development Agency. These discussions informed country policymakers’ and industry leaders’ strategies for grid modernization based on US experiences.

Kevin Monagle
PartnerKevin works with energy & utilities companies and their technology partners to design and implement smart grid, big data, cybersecurity and digital customer experience programs. Kevin has led project teams recognized for excellence, including four IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement Awards and a Smart Metering Project of the Year Award.
Kevin has been granted smart grid-related patents (US 8937456 B2, 8872667 B2) He is a graduate of Indiana University (BS) and received his MBA from London Business School.
Myles Wallace
PartnerMyles Wallace is a Partner with QBA, heading up Practice Operations and Client Delivery. Prior to joining the Company, Myles was the Asia Pacific Regional Director for a global consulting firm. He has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Math and Computer Science from Emory University. As a QBA professional, Myles strives to treat people fairly, engage the team, exceed expectations and do it with a smile.
Eileen Monagle is a consultant and project manager who oversees publicity and social media for Quantitative Business Analytics LLC. Eileen also works on MDMS software implementations. She believes that extensive customer engagement is key to the expansion of a successful business.
Louis Kun
PartnerLouis is an experienced professional with 25+ years in Technology Strategy, 15 of that focused on the Energy and Utility Industry including challenges such as IT/OT Convergence, Customer System Renewal, Analytics, AMI, and Mobility.
Louis has led multiple AMI deployment initiatives, and some of the ground-breaking accomplishments in these implementations include the first near-real-time integration between AMI and the outage systems, the first “2nd wave” transition from one MDMS to another including data conversion, and the establishment testing best practices for efficiency between live meter testing and simulation. He is considered a thought leader in both AMI and IT Strategy, and has authored the methodologies and approaches for large consulting practices in both areas.
Ultimately, strategy is about guiding action. Louis seeks to strike an effective balance between helping clients make well informed planning decisions, and aggressively executing against those plans to deliver results for his clients.
He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, and his undergraduate in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University.

Wesley Pietri

Wes also has technical training experience as a subject matter expert for Landis+Gyr’s MDMS-VEE Exceptions Management module.
